These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the sale of Digital Content offered through it.

1. Seller Information

Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to:

  • the use of the website https://piotrspeakspolish.com
  • the purchase of digital educational content (“Digital Content”)
  • all contracts concluded between the Seller and consumers (B2C)

By accessing the website or purchasing Digital Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Nature of the Digital Content

The products offered are online educational courses delivered electronically.

No physical goods are shipped.

Access to the purchased course is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation.

4. Technical Requirements

To access the Digital Content, you must have:

  • a device with internet access
  • an up-to-date web browser
  • an active email address
  • audio and/or video playback capability

The Seller is not responsible for technical issues caused by your hardware, software configuration, internet connection, firewall settings, or third-party providers.

5. Order Process and Contract Conclusion

To purchase a course:

  1. You select the course and proceed to checkout.
  2. Before completing the purchase, you must:
    • accept these Terms and Conditions,
    • expressly consent to immediate delivery of the Digital Content,
    • acknowledge the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal.

The contract is concluded upon successful payment confirmation via Stripe.

The Seller does not store full credit card details.

6. Payments and VAT

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

All prices displayed on the website are final prices.

The Seller’s services are exempt from VAT under Polish law (Article 43, Section 1, Point 28 of the VAT Act – language education services).

You are responsible for any additional transaction fees, currency conversion costs, or bank charges.

7. Course Access and License

Access to the purchased course is granted on a lifetime basis, defined as the lifetime of the platform or product.

The Seller guarantees access for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Access is granted to a single user account only.

Purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the website and within the Digital Content, including but not limited to videos, texts, PDFs, audio files, graphics, logos, branding, course structure, exercises, and teaching materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to the Seller, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute any part of the Digital Content
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials
  • publicly display or share course materials
  • share login credentials
  • modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works

Specifically, the use of any content, materials, data, structure, exercises, or methodology for the purpose of training, developing, fine-tuning, or improving artificial intelligence systems (including generative AI and Large Language Models) is strictly prohibited without prior express written consent.

Automated extraction of data (scraping, crawling, data mining) is prohibited.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase and gaining immediate access to the Digital Content, you:

  • expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract, and
  • acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access is granted.

The Digital Content is deemed fully delivered at the moment access is granted.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to content, refunds are not provided once access has been granted.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases:

  • proven technical failure preventing access that the Seller cannot reasonably resolve
  • accidental duplicate payment for the same product

In the event of an unjustified chargeback, the Seller reserves the right to pursue recovery of the amount due.

By completing the purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept that no refunds are provided once access is granted.

11. Complaints Procedure

Complaints may be submitted via email to:

The complaint should include:

  • your name
  • order details
  • a description of the issue

The Seller will respond within 14 days.

EU consumers may use available out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

12. Responsible Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • distribute malicious software
  • conduct automated data collection
  • interfere with website functionality
  • attempt to bypass access restrictions

13. User Accounts

If you create an account:

  • you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details
  • you must not share access with others
  • you must notify us immediately if unauthorized access is suspected

We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of breach.

14. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party services including Stripe, hosting providers, and analytics or advertising providers.

These providers may act as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies.

The Seller is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

15. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The website and Digital Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for:

  • temporary interruptions
  • cyberattacks or hosting failures
  • force majeure events
  • issues caused by your hardware or internet connection
  • misuse of the Digital Content

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue.

The Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Digital Content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

16. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, hosting failures, or other unforeseeable events.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

18. International Customers

The Seller offers Digital Content worldwide.

Customers outside the European Union acknowledge that local laws may apply in their jurisdiction.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law.

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence may also apply.

20. Updates

The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms.

The version applicable is the version in force at the time of purchase.
