Nature of the Digital Content<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The products offered are online educational courses delivered electronically.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No physical goods are shipped.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to the purchased course is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>4. Technical Requirements<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To access the Digital Content, you must have:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a device with internet access<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an up-to-date web browser<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an active email address<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">audio and\/or video playback capability<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Seller is not responsible for technical issues caused by your hardware, software configuration, internet connection, firewall settings, or third-party providers.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>5. Order Process and Contract Conclusion<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To purchase a course:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You select the course and proceed to checkout.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before completing the purchase, you must:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accept these Terms and Conditions,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">expressly consent to immediate delivery of the Digital Content,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">acknowledge the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contract is concluded upon successful payment confirmation via Stripe.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Seller does not store full credit card details.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>6. Payments and VAT<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments are processed securely via Stripe.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All prices displayed on the website are final prices.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Seller\u2019s services are exempt from VAT under Polish law (Article 43, Section 1, Point 28 of the VAT Act \u2013 language education services).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are responsible for any additional transaction fees, currency conversion costs, or bank charges.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>7. Course Access and License<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to the purchased course is granted on a lifetime basis, defined as the lifetime of the platform or product.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Seller guarantees access for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of purchase.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access is granted to a single user account only.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>8. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All content available on the website and within the Digital Content, including but not limited to videos, texts, PDFs, audio files, graphics, logos, branding, course structure, exercises, and teaching materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to the Seller, unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may not:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">copy, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute any part of the Digital Content<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">publicly display or share course materials<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">share login credentials<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specifically, the use of any content, materials, data, structure, exercises, or methodology for the purpose of training, developing, fine-tuning, or improving artificial intelligence systems (including generative AI and Large Language Models) is strictly prohibited without prior express written consent.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automated extraction of data (scraping, crawling, data mining) is prohibited.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer\u2019s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By completing the purchase and gaining immediate access to the Digital Content, you:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract, and<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access is granted.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Digital Content is deemed fully delivered at the moment access is granted.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>10.
